SOME ISSUES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR INFORMATION AND PROPAGANDA AND COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES UNDER MARTIAL LAW

Based on the analysis of the content of the new article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Collaborative activity", the question of responsibility for informational, propaganda and collaborative activity in the conditions of martial law arises, which is considered by the authors. The purpose of the article is to consider and analyze the norms of criminal legislation, which provide responsibility for informational and propaganda and collaborative activities in the conditions of martial law, the possibility of their further improvement, the implementation of which will contribute to the prevention and cessation of more serious crimes. The realization of the set goal involves solving such tasks as: 1) the essence of such new factors for Ukraine as aggression and the aggressor in the context of collaborative activities; 2) a detailed legal analysis of the structure and parts of the article, which provides for criminal liability for informational and promotional and collaborative activities. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the consideration of the issue of responsibility for informationpropaganda and collaborative activities, which is provided for in Ukraine only from 03.03.2022 by Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in accordance with Law No. 2108-1Х. As a conclusion, the article emphasizes criminal liability for informational and propaganda and collaborative activities, which have become especially relevant in the conditions of martial law.
