ВПЛИВ ЛЮДСЬКОГО КАПІТАЛУ НА РЕНТАБЕЛЬНІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ВОДНОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ УКРАЇНИ

У часи післявоєнного відновлення, економічні успіхи України в значній мірі будуть залежить від використання нею водного транспорту, який сприятиме інтенсифікації її торгівлі з рештою світу. Особливо важливою для розвитку водного транспорту України є роль людського капіталу. Нестача висококваліфікованих моряків торгового флоту може створити певні виклики на шляху підвищення конкурентоспроможності водного транспорту України у період післявоєнного відновлення. Мета роботи полягає у виявленні залежності рентабельності діяльності підприємств водного транспорту України від середньооблікової кількості штатних працівників, які працюють на українські судноплавні компанії, повністю забезпечують потребу у людських ресурсах для перевезення вантажів водними шляхами та ходять під прапором України. Для вирішення поставлених завдань використовувалися такі методи: системно-структурний, абстрактно-логічний аналіз і групування – при дослідженні структури особового складу моряків-громадян України; економіко-математичного моделювання – при побудові залежності рентабельності діяльності підприємств водного транспорту України від середньооблікової кількості штатних працівників; розрахунково-аналітичний – при аналізі динаміки середньомісячної заробітної, руху персоналу на підприємствах водного транспорту та при проведенні перевірки якості побудованої нами математичної моделі. Досліджено структуру особового складу моряків-громадян України та динаміку середньооблікової кількісті штатних працівників, зайнятих на підприємствах водного транспорту України. Проведено аналіз динаміки середньомісячної заробітної плати штатних працівників, зайнятих на підприємствах водного транспорту України та рух персоналу на підприємствах водного транспорту України. Побудовано залежність рентабельності діяльності підприємств водного транспорту України від середньооблікової кількості штатних працівників, зайнятих на них в Україні. Вказана залежність була записана математично та представлена графічно. Нами було досліджено щільність зв’язку між рентабельністю діяльності підприємств водного транспорту України і середньообліковою кількістю штатних працівників, зайнятих на них. Для перевірки якості побудованої моделі нами було розраховано ключові показники та проведено ряд спеціальних тестів. З метою підвищення конкурентного потенціалу водного транспорту України в статті розроблено рекомендації щодо збільшення кількості моряків, які працюють на українські судноплавні компанії, повністю забезпечують потребу у людських ресурсах для перевезення вантажів водними шляхами та ходять під прапором України.
