THE CONCEPT OF THE ENTERPRISE'S FINANCIAL SECURITY MECHANISM

Various scientific views on the essence of the concept of "enterprise financial security" have been researched and the specifics of its interpretation have been analyzed. It has been substantiated that enterprise financial security is characterized by the state of financial resources, which ensures the implementation and achievement of the main strategy of the enterprise, the ability to identify potential threats and risks arising from the internal and external environment, to promptly find effective ways to counteract them, while ensuring a stable financial condition, a high level of competitiveness and the possibility of further development of the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to deepen the theoretical foundations of forming the concept of enterprise financial security and to develop a mechanism for ensuring enterprise financial security. It is demonstrated that enterprise financial security is significantly contingent upon the established concept of its assurance, predicated on the development of a financial security management mechanism. The phases of establishing enterprise financial security have been delineated. The essence of the enterprise financial security mechanism, considered an integral component of the financial security system, has been elucidated. This mechanism is grounded in specific objectives and principles, encompassing a systematic array of methods, instruments, and concrete measures for the implementation of the financial security strategy in both the short-term and long-term. It has been substantiated that the attainment of enterprise financial security signifies not only operational stability and competitiveness but also the acquisition of supplementary advantages conducive to sustainable development and uninterrupted operation amidst dynamic changes and persistent exogenous risks. It is emphasized that methods designed for the effective management of all business processes, capable of mitigating diverse threats and their repercussions, constitute a crucial element of the financial security mechanism.
