The development of farms as an opportunity for self-realization of women managers in martial law is an integral part of the organizational and economic mechanism for stimulating the European integration development of entrepreneurial activity in the countryside. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features of the development of farms headed by women on the principles of European integration in martial law. Analytical and statistical, graphic, sociological, systematization and grouping, abstract-logical, system-functional, ecosystem approach, etc. were used. It is substantiated that entrepreneurs of Chernihiv and Sumy regions completed 2025 with a positive increase in production due to the significant role of farms and personal peasant farms headed by women. It was found that for women, business is an opportunity to improve self-realization and self-esteem. From the position of women managers, the decrease in the purchasing power of the population is the main obstacle to doing business. The main indicators and results of financial monitoring of the activities of farms, which were studied in Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Odessa, Poltava regions, where women are the heads, are revealed and substantiated. The criteria for socio-economic efficiency of farming are determined; the characteristic features of the development of farms headed by women are revealed, depending on the time of foundation, specialization and size of agricultural assets; the components of state support for farms and ways of their further development in conditions of crisis situations caused by martial law are highlighted. The results can be used when developing a state target program for the development of family farms headed by women, on the principles of European integration in conditions of war and post-war restoration of temporarily occupied territories.
