Abstract

The process of legitimation of state power as required elements forming a democratic system of governance in Ukraine are investigated. Relationship factors such as openness and transparency in government activities are covered. The resolving mechanisms of state legal conflicts, that are inherent in the democratic and legal state, are analyzed with the new positions.
