Abstract

Transformation of national systems of innovation management in the context of international integration and international cooperation is investigated. Current state of innovation in Ukraine and the main trends in innovation policy, as well as its specific legal provision is subject to analysis. The role of government innovation as a factor in the country's competitiveness is defined.
