Abstract
In comparison, legislation of Ukraine and Czech republic in the sphere of the legal providing of adjusting of judicial consideration and decision of international disputes in the conditions of the present, has imperfect character and requires research and study, especially in the context of adaptation of him to normative positions, norms of international legislation.
