THE IMPACT OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF “PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES” ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONCEPTUAL AND TERMINOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION PEDAGOGY

The article examines the impact of the transformation of the concept of “pedagogical technologies” on the development of the conceptual and terminological system of higher education pedagogy. The relevance of the study is determined by the dynamic changes in the educational sphere, the transition to a competence-based paradigm, the digitalization of the educational process, and the need to clarify and systematize pedagogical terminology.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the evolution of the concept of “pedagogical technologies” and to determine its role in shaping the modern terminological system of higher education pedagogy.
The methodology is based on systemic, activity-based, and competence-based approaches. The research uses methods of theoretical analysis, comparison, generalization, and systematization of scientific sources, which made it possible to identify the main trends in the development of the studied concept and its functioning in scientific discourse.
Scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive substantiation of the influence of the transformation of the concept of “pedagogical technologies” on the development of the conceptual and terminological system of higher education pedagogy. It has been established that changes in the content of this concept have led to the expansion of pedagogical terminology, the formation of new terminological subsystems, the strengthening of interdisciplinary connections, and the integration of national pedagogical science into the global educational space.
It is proved that the evolution of the concept of “pedagogical technologies” from an instrumental to a systemic and integrative understanding has contributed to qualitative changes in the structure of the pedagogical terminological system. Modern pedagogical technology is considered as a holistic system for organizing the educational process that ensures the achievement of planned learning outcomes and the formation of students’ competencies. Prospects for further research include the study of digital pedagogical technologies and the processes of standardization of pedagogical terminology.
