PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE NURSES

The article is devoted to key aspect of training future nurses in professional colleges in the present conditions – the formation of their ecological competence. The material presents an analysis of the works of modern domestic scientists, which form the basis for a detailed study of the ecological competence of junior specialists in the medical field, substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of this phenomenon. These conditions are an integral element of the pedagogical system, reflecting not only the objective capabilities of the educational environment, but also the potential for its dynamic impact on the educational process in professional colleges; they cover a wide range of its components – from material and technical support and organizational and methodological measures – to the subjective characteristics of interaction between teachers and applicants for professional pre-higher education.
The purpose: to determine the complex of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the ecological competence of future nurses in professional colleges.
Methodology: as result of expert evaluation, the most important pedagogical conditions were identified that will contribute to the effectiveness of the process of forming environmental competence of future nurses in professional colleges.
Analysis of relevant research: it is predicted that the set of identified pedagogical conditions, which are interconnected and complement each other, will contribute to the optimization of the formation of environmental competence.
Conclusions: the identified and characterized main pedagogical conditions for the formation of environmental competence of future nurses in professional colleges are designed to ensure the methodological integrity of the phenomenon under study. Special attention is paid to innovative and traditional forms and methods of activating the process of forming environmental competence of student youth as an important component of their professional formation and personal development.
