ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF STATE AND PUBLIC INTERACTION IN THE SPHERE OF TOURISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience of interaction between the state and the public in the field of tourism and identifies opportunities and recommendations for its adaptation in the Ukrainian context. Focusing on the countries of the European Union, the article examines specific programs, projects, regulatory framework and mechanisms of interaction between the state and the public in the development of tourism. The author provides an overview of programs and projects that promote effective interaction between the state and the public. Specific initiatives, mechanisms of public involvement and practices of cooperation between different parties are studied. In particular, aspects such as partnerships, financing and investment, marketing strategies and education and training are considered. The author conducts an analysis of the legal framework that regulates the interaction of the state and the public in the field of tourism. Laws, strategies, programs and political recommendations defining the rules and principles of cooperation are considered. A comparison between foreign experience and the situation in Ukraine, identification of similarities and differences in approaches to the interaction of the state and the public is presented. Special attention is paid to the role of the public in decision-making, planning and implementation of tourism projects. The author offers recommendations on the adaptation of foreign experience in the Ukrainian context. The need to develop strategies and programs aimed at improving cooperation between government bodies, public organizations and other stakeholders in the tourism industry is noted. The possibilities of creating funds, grant programs and other financing mechanisms to support the development of tourism are also being considered. The general conclusion of the article points to the importance of effective interaction between the state and the public in the development of tourism. The reviewed foreign experience demonstrates that successful practices and cooperation programs can become a valuable source of inspiration for Ukraine in improving its tourism industry. Adapting these approaches and recommendations to the Ukrainian context can contribute to the development of tourism, attracting investments and increasing the level of satisfaction of tourists.
