PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF MANAGEMENT THE PROCESS OF FORMING A PROFESSIONAL CULTURES OF FUTURE AVIATION PROFESSIONALS
Abstract
The paper discusses some aspects of the development of professional culture of future aviation engineers and technicians that are currently students of higher and secondary educational civil aviation institutions. The paper also presents the results of the research of some specific characteristics of professional mentality of aviation specialists with different work experience.
