ORTHOBIOTIC FOUNDATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL HEALTH OF PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS IN THE CONTEXT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATION

Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical and practical foundations for implementing health-preserving technologies in the educational space of Ukraine under conditions of educational modernization and European integration. The necessity of forming a value-based attitude toward health among teachers and students as a key prerequisite for creating a healthpreserving educational environment is substantiated. The ideas of orthobiosis, including the scientific heritage of Ilya Mechnikov and the conceptual approaches of Vladimir Shepel concerning self-preservation and professional longevity, are analyzed. The structural components of readiness of educational managers and teachers to implement health-preserving technologies within the system of postgraduate education are defined. Emphasis is placed on the importance of state support, intersectoral cooperation, and managerial mechanisms for developing a health-preserving educational environment. Public administration in the field of methodological support of the educational process is aimed at reorienting the priorities of the content of education from the state to the individual, at the consistent democratization and humanization of the educational process, pedagogical ideology in general, that is, at humanistic values and dimensions, ensuring the consistency of the content and quality with the current problems and prospects for the development of the individual of society, the state in education; educating children and youth in the education system through the development of a preventive education program; developing and forming an effective and efficient system for the prevention of offenses, child neglect and homelessness; introducing all possible invariant models of the content of education in educational institutions, taking into account modern trends in socio-cultural situations, values of education and training; implementing programs to prepare young people for married life and the formation of responsible parenthood. It is emphasized that the creation of a health-preserving space of educational institutions requires planned changes. Fundamental state educational changes include changes in educational ideas, norms, organizational mechanisms, and frameworks that recognize education as a social institution and promote the emergence of new public administration mechanisms (marketing, logistics, monitoring, inclusive education, etc.) to supplement or replace existing institutions.
