CORRUPTION AS A SOCIAL AND LEGAL PHENOMENON
Abstract
Committed justification the nature of corruption as an attribute of the bureaucracy and the manifestation of of nomenclature as the ruling class. In the context of the fight against corruption is proposed the enactment of the regulation of lobbying activities that would give lobbyists an opportunity to come out of the shadows of illegal lobbying.
