HIGHER EDUCATION OF UKRAINE AS A COUNTERACTION TO CORRUPTION MANIPULATION IN THE LEGISLATIVE FIELD OF WORLD AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION
Abstract
It has been established that the management of the quality of education can not be effective without the existence of a legally controlled system that allows obtaining timely and reliable information. It is shown that monitoring creates information conditions for the formation of a holistic view of the legal status of the education system. It is stated that the competence of a legal entity is the key to the quality of education. The normative-legal information in the system of educational entropy is defined as a measure of the uncertainty and disorder of the legal system. The ways of counteraction to corruption manipulation in higher education of Ukraine are defined, among which public control is a moral and legal climate in the fight against such destructive influence on individuals and the system as a whole as corruption. The existence of a single European educational space is predicted, due to legal norms and standards as effectively acting constants.
