REINTEGRATION MECHANISM OF THE TEMPORARY OCCUPIED TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE: SEPARATE DIRECTIONS AND THEIR WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION

The article is devoted to the issues of the content of the mechanism of reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, its individual directions and ways of their implementation. Under the mechanism of reintegration of the temporarily occupied, it is proposed to understand the principles, forms, methods, means, as well as subjects that will form measures and implement them, with the aim of implementing the state policy on the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories. The article highlights ways of implementing certain directions of the specified mechanism. Attention is drawn to the fact that the mechanism of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories is closely related to the problem of ensuring the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. It is justified that reintegration is an important, independent and special component that completes the implementation of measures to restore state sovereignty and territorial integrity. It is concluded that the effectiveness of reintegration processes of temporarily occupied territories should be based on effective state policy and implemented thanks to the appropriate mechanism for its implementation. It is noted that today it is extremely necessary to form such a policy, which should be embodied in a corresponding strategic document, which should contain a unified approach and principles of the policy of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories and reveal all the components of the relevant reintegration mechanism. It is proven that this strategy at the state level should define a vision for the reintegration of temporarily occupied territories into the legal, informational, social, and educational space, become the basis of further state policies in the legal, institutional, ideological, cultural, social, etc. spheres in the de-occupied territories.
