OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF THE STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the administrative-legal regulation of the state policy in the field of education, in particular the goals and objectives in the given context. An analysis of the documents that constitute the legal basis is carried out. The purpose and tasks of public education policy are the basic criteria for determining and achieving the result. An important component of the state’s legal policy is the definition of the ultimate goal in higher education, which must be achieved for the establishment of civil society, a rule of law and a socially oriented economy. Formulating the goal of state policy in the field of education should proceed from the fact that it should proceed from the fundamentals of the state humanitarian policy. The purpose of the study is to determine the goals and objectives of the state policy in the field of education. An important task aimed at successful implementation of the state policy in the field of education should be the guarantee of sufficient and stable financing of the educational sector. The strategic goal of state policy in the field of education today should include the following directions: increasing the availability of quality education that meets the requirements of innovative economic development, modern needs of society and every citizen; increasing the competitiveness of domestic education will become a criterion for its high quality, and will ensure the positioning of Ukraine as one of the leaders in the field of export of educational services. Obviously, the goal of state policy in the field of education should be to create and provide conditions for the effective development of domestic education aimed at the formation of a competitive human potential. To achieve this goal, the following tasks should be approached: creation and dissemination of structural and technological innovations in vocational education that provide high mobility of the modern economy; development of modern mechanisms, content and technologies of general and additional education; Implementation of measures for popularizing children and youth in scientific, educational and creative activities, the identification of talented youth; creating an infrastructure that provides conditions for training and training for a modern economy; formation of a demand system for assessing the quality of education and educational outcomes, taking into account European standards.
