THEORETICAL ASPECT OF THE STUDENTS TRAINING IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE WRITTEN BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

The article is devoted to the search for the effective ways of foreign language training students and theoretical substantiation and the methods development of teaching students of the business letter elements in English within the framework of profileoriented learning. In order to achieve this goal, the following main tasks were solved: to analyze the literature on the business letter theory and business communication; to identify the features of the business letter different forms in English; to establish the features of the business letter as an object of study; to select the content of training in business correspondence; to determine the optimal sequence of presentation of the educational material to students; to implement the training exercises for the business writing elements; to try the mastering technique of the business letter elements in English. The theoretical significance was determined and the place of the business letter in the profile teaching of English was revealed, as well as the spheres of the business letter functioning and the situation of business written communication were established. The modern analysis of the educational process of the basics learning of the business letter in English convincingly shows the demand, usefulness and necessity of such training. Learning of the business correspondence basics is a unique opportunity for the students to increase their English proficiency in the professional activities, increase their potential for the career growth, the ability to establish the contacts with foreign partners and carry out the business correspondence with clients, colleagues or employees. A communicative approach involves the mandatory involvement of the teachers in the learning process foreign language communicative situations, as close as possible to the real communication. It is necessary to look for the ways and methods of the educational process improving (it can be searching for the new forms of submission of the material, increasing the number of the teaching hours, allocating a business letter in a separate subject. However, it can be stated that the study of the business letter basics now has the positive results. So, teaching the basics of the business writing and even more so teaching, promotes tasks and the methodology developed is effective and can be successfully applied to the other types of educational institutions.
