Abstract

It was determined that international programs and projects should be considered in two aspects – ensuring the participation of educators from Ukraine in such programs and projects as part of international academic mobility and ensuring the implementation of international programs and projects on the territory of Ukraine. It has been revealed that international education programs and projects of a grant type are the most common at this stage in Ukraine. But not all of them are in line with Ukraine's development, values, culture, traditions and issues that need to be addressed on a priority basis, and in some cases they are not implemented on mutually beneficial conditions. Therefore, the problem of implementation of international programs and projects in Ukrainian higher education is still relevant and needs to be addressed. It is determined that international cooperation in the field of higher education is an important thing for both the state and the participants in the educational process. One of the key elements of international cooperation is international programs and projects in higher education that promote the exchange of information, knowledge, best practices, and intercultural communication.
