THE NEWEST TOOLS FOR COMBATING CORRUPTION IN STATE BODIES

The purpose of the study is to analyze contemporary trends in public administration, particularly in combating corruption in governmental bodies. The main scientific questions addressed in this research include identifying effective methods of utilizing digital technologies to reduce corruption risks and exploring tools to enhance transparency and accountability in governmental structures as a means to counter corruption. Methodology. Corruption in the sphere of public administration is examined through a comprehensive dialectical method, revealing it as a dynamic multi-level category. The application of this method allows for the analysis of the mechanism of digital technologies and measures to combat corruption in governmental bodies, examining the interconnections and influences of various factors on corruption development. The formal-logical method is applied to systematize and classify corrupt phenomena, facilitating a better understanding of its structure and characteristics, and aiding in the development of effective anti-corruption strategies. The use of these methodological approaches demonstrates that the study of corruption in public administration cannot be simplified; its systematic and comprehensive examination enables a deep understanding of the issues and the identification of effective counter-strategies. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive approach to analyzing the problem of corruption in governmental bodies and developing counter-strategies using digital technologies. The article thoroughly examines various aspects of corruption, from defining it as a significant negative factor for national security and governance in Ukraine to highlighting the positive impact of digital initiatives on the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures. Conclusion. Thus, the implementation of e-government and the integration of information and communication technologies are crucial steps in combating corruption, but their success depends on various factors, including the level of societal digitization and active citizen participation. Success in this area requires a comprehensive approach that considers technical, social, and organizational aspects. The application of digital initiatives must be accompanied by addressing deeper issues, such as shaping values and addressing the organizational-economic foundations of corrupt practices.
