УКРАЇНА В СУЧАСНИХ НЕОІМПЕРСЬКИХ ГЕОПОЛІТИЧНИХ ПРОЕКТАХ

Abstract

Western macro-empire has in general successfully implemented in the course of its expansion to the East several geopolitical projects. In 2014 new Ukrainian government voluntarily chosed to join the West. Russia carried out geopolitical project of annexation of the Crimea and created a hotbed of military-political conflict in the Eastern Ukraine. There is a danger of preservation of the Donbass region as a geopolitical zone of Russian influence. Ukraine can potentially play a role of the West-controlled “buffer” between it and Russia.
