Aims and Objectives
The journal publishes research by scientists working on current scientific problems in the field of public management and administration. The journal is aimed at scientists, teachers, postgraduate students, students, civil servants, representatives of local governments and everyone who is interested in the development of public management in Ukraine and the world. Only original articles are published in the scientific journal.
The purpose of the journal is to promote the development of scientific potential in the field of public management, expand the space of scientific communication and integrate Ukrainian research into the global scientific space. The journal highlights the results of current research in the field of public management, and also promotes the exchange of best practices between scientists and practitioners.
The task of the journal is to create a unique scientific and practical platform for highlighting current trends and prospects for the development of public management, considering theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of modern transformations.
Among the key areas:
• research into the theoretical and methodological foundations of public management, the history of its formation and modern transformation processes;
• analysis of decentralization processes, civil service reform and implementation of Good Governance standards;
• coverage of e-government issues, implementation of innovative technologies and provision of public services in digital format.
