WORLD PRACTICES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE SPHERE OF LANDSCAPING IN CITY

Abstract

Abstract. The article considers the world experience of public management in the field of urban development. The author studies the current trends in urban development, identifies problems in the field of landscaping, analyzes the experience of foreign cities such as the United States, Britain, Sweden, Germany, France, the introduction of modern ideas to improve the comfort of living. It is established that the issues of ecological status occupy one of the leading places in the political and social life of society in developed countries. It is determined that the field of landscaping covers a wide range of requirements, which include: socio-economic, sanitary, engineering and architectural. They provide for the implementation of a set of measures for the ecological condition and appearance of cities to create more comfortable microclimatic, sanitary and aesthetic conditions on the streets, in residential areas, public places, represented by parks, boulevards, squares and more. Researched foreign experience shows that the main stage on the way to urban comfort is to plan an effective system of urban development. It is established that the main direction of development of the landscaping system in these countries is the development of greenspace expansion and classification of such areas by levels of greenspace expansion, renovation and improvement of areas in accordance with the approved standard schemes of streets, greenspace expansion, bicycle paths, etc. The modern world practices of public management in the field of urban development are analyzed and it is determined that the world has already formed a clear system of organization, coordination and control over the implementation of tasks between government and the public in accordance with existing needs. This is an example of proper cooperation between the government and the public and a prerequisite for the formation of a possible scenario for the cities of Ukraine to create their own approaches to landscaping and identify key issues in this area.
