Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to adapt the personnel stimulation system of Ukraine’s tourism and hotel business to the challenges of wartime, digitalization, and global competition for qualified staff. The purpose of the article is to provide a scientific justification of the essence, content, and directions for implementing innovative technologies in the system of motivation and stimulation of employees. The research methodology is based on a combination of systemic and comparative analysis, generalization of scientific sources, as well as the use of analytical modeling and expert assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative personnel stimulation technologies in the hospitality sector. Theoretical approaches to employee motivation and the experience of applying innovative tools in the practical activities of tourism and hotel enterprises are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to modern technological solutions in human resource management, including digital platforms, performance evaluation systems, analytical and AI tools, as well as gamification of motivational programs and distance learning. It was found that the use of such innovative technologies increases labor productivity, employee engagement, retention of qualified staff, and provides psychological support to workers under difficult socio-economic conditions. Based on the conducted analysis, recommendations are proposed for the integrated use of material, non-material, and technological incentives in motivational programs that ensure the competitiveness, efficiency, and resilience of Ukraine’s hotel and tourism business. The proposed directions for implementing innovative personnel stimulation technologies in Ukraine’s hotel and tourism business include: integration of digital HR management platforms, gamification of motivational programs, personalized stimulation programs using analytics and artificial intelligence, distance learning and competence development, a comprehensive approach to motivation considering wartime conditions, and adaptation of international experience to the Ukrainian context.
