The article highlights the administrative, legal and informational aspects of the regulation of preventive medicine in Ukraine, carried out in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, amendments to the Law of Ukraine, adopted Orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and other constituent policy documents. The problems of solving the issues that slow down the process of implementation of theoretical developments of modern predictive medicine in practice and the results of the analysis of existing approaches in the field of combating COVID-19 are considered. The study revealed that currently the information problem of the mechanism to combat the pandemic and find comprehensive incentives to improve the response in the field of predictive medicine in Ukraine, remains relevant and requires not only comprehensive protection but also ensuring functioning.
