The processes of privatization of public domain are carried out, and accordingly and the amount of economic objects which function on the basis of this pattern of ownership diminishes. Going back to the problems related to development of new and perfection of current legislation, which the state adjusting in an economic
sphere is carried out by, it is necessary to mark, what forming of market bases of economy need structural transformations in the state adjusting of relations, which arise up at the fund capital market, credit and currency markets, market of labors force and market of commodities.
