LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE STATE SYSTEM REFORM MANAGEMENT HEALTH CARE
Abstract
It is noted that the process of reform and development of legislation in health care is an important part of the state. The health needs constant improvement and reform of the legal system. The analysis of the legal framework on healthcare in Ukraine and regulations that govern social relations in this sphere. In Ukraine, the current favorable conditions and opportunities for the reorganization of primary care and improve the mechanisms of state control. Public administration is the organizational impact on social relations in the medical field through the use of state power, the functions of government are part of the public functions performed on behalf of the state relevant executive authorities.
