OPTIMIZATION OF MNEMIC ACTIVITY FROM THE POSITION OF “INTENTIONAL” APPROACH AS ONE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SUCCESSFUL FOREIGN LANGUAGE BY STUDENTS
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the role of mnemonic activity while learning a foreign language by the students of non-language profile college from the point of the “intentional” (purpose) approach, which presupposes setting a “strategic objective” for the learners. The intentional approach is compound of the system approach to memory study. “Strategic objective” is fulfilled by doing a set of training exercises which promote involuntary remembering of foreign language material.
