ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК МЕХАНІЗМІВ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАХИСТУ З РОЗВИТКОМ, ІНТЕГРАЦІЄЮ ТА ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯМ АКТУАЛЬНИХ ЗДІБНОСТЕЙ ОСОБИСТОСТІ

Стаття присвячена аналізу взаємозв’язку механізмів психологічного захисту з розвитком, інтеграцією та функціюванням актуальних здібностей особистості в логіці позитивної психотерапії. У вибірці з 33 дорослих (29 жінок, 4 чоловіки; 20–42 роки) застосовано «Індекс життєвого стилю» Р. Плутчика та Х. Келлермана (LSI) і Вісбаденський опитувальник позитивної психотерапії та сімейної психотерапії (WIPPF 2.0). Проведено описову статистику та кореляційний аналіз загального індексу напруженості захистів і окремих механізмів із первинними (любов, довіра, час, надія тощо) та вторинними (акуратність, обов’язковість, ввічливість, справедливість тощо) актуальними здібностями. Показано, що загальна напруженість захистів має обернений зв’язок із «Любов’ю» та прямий – з «Вірою/смислом/релігією»; «Час» позитивно пов’язаний із витісненням і компенсацією; «Довіра» – із запереченням; «Віра/смисл/ релігія» – з проекцією, компенсацією та гіперкомпенсацією; «Любов» – обернено з заміщенням і проекцією. Для вторинних здібностей виявлено низку прямих зв’язків (зокрема з чистоплотністю, ввічливістю, бережливістю, справедливістю) та, у групах з високою/низькою вираженістю, – переважно обернені кореляції, що вказує на компенсаторну роль захистів при дисбалансі здібностей. Узагальнення результатів підтримує подвійну – підтримувальну й компенсаторну – функцію захисних механізмів і підкреслює значення зрілості регуляції для інтеграції актуальних здібностей. Практичні імплікації стосуються психодіагностики та корекційних програм, орієнтованих на зміщення профілю від примітивних/невротичних до зрілих форм регуляції.
