NON-CONFLICT ENVIRONMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS A COMPONENT OF SUCCESS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract

The article presents the results of research relevant to modern pedagogical psychology, the topic – non-conflict environment of higher education as a component of the success of the organization of educational space and identifies trends in creating a constructive educational process. Educational space – a concept that is an important characteristic of the educational process and reflects the main stages and patterns of development of education as a fundamental characteristic of society, its cultural activities; it is a space that combines the ideas of education and upbringing, forming an educational length with educational events, phenomena of cultural transmission, social experience, personal meanings to the new generation. The constant changes taking place in the system of higher education directly affect the educational and pedagogical activities. Therefore, today the problem of resolving conflict situations is quite relevant. Conflict management and constructive resolution is in demand in the multicultural space of higher education. The article reveals the causes, nature and management of social conflicts in the higher education system. Approaches to the study of personal tendencies to conflict behavior are analyzed, certain styles of conflict resolution are identified. The purpose of the article is to study the non-conflicting environment of higher education institutions as part of the success of the organization of educational space. Scientific novelty. An important issue for the success of the educational process is the problem of conflicts in the higher education system. The ability to behave optimally in conflict situations involves understanding the causes of conflicts, the psychological processes of their action. Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies is needed in order to make the right decision in any particular situation. Conclusions. The non-conflict environment of a higher education institution as a component of the success of the organization of educational space is theoretically substantiated. The personal tendencies to conflict behavior are shown, styles of the decision of the conflict situation are revealed that is confirmed by results of research of the main strategy of behavior in the conflict.
