PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE OCCURRENCE OF EMOTIONAL DISORDERS IN CHILDREN OF OLDER PRESCHOOL AGE

The study is devoted to the analysis of psychological factors that affect the development of the emotional sphere in children of older preschool age, as well as to the study of the manifestations of emotional disorders in this period of development. It was found that emotional development is a key aspect of the formation of a child's personality, since at this stage the basic skills of emotional self-regulation are developed, which contribute to socialization and adaptation in society. In particular, children's ability to identify emotional states, manage them and show anxiety was investigated. As a result of the conducted experimental methods, such as «Emotional identification» and «Anxiety test», different levels of children's ability to emotional differentiation and levels of anxiety were revealed. The results showed that a significant number of children have a limited ability to differentiate emotions, which may be related to various external and internal factors. The analysis also showed the presence of correlations between the level of emotional identification and anxiety, which indicates the importance of the development of the emotional sphere for the psycho-emotional stability of children. It was concluded that support from family and teachers, as well as specially selected corrective programs, can contribute to the development of emotional self-regulation in children and decrease the level of anxiety. Further research in this direction should focus on the development of individual correction programs for children with high levels of anxiety and emotional disturbances.
