The present article substantiates the modern paradigm of socio-economic management of the enterprise, which is based on its generalized conceptual approaches and management methods and defines the basic scientific and methodological principles, provides for the modernization of modern management practices taking into account environmental changes. The purpose of this article is to highlight the features and strategic objectives of the modern paradigm of enterprise management under the influence of external and internal challenges, which guides managers to make the most effective management decisions that will improve the performance of domestic enterprises and organizations. The solution of the set tasks was facilitated by the use of such general scientific research methods as: abstract-logical, analytical, theoretical generalization, comparison, systematization, sociological analysis, etc. The author highlights the latest approaches to the management of organizations in the context of the current level of development of market relations in Ukraine. In particular, the current directions of development of innovative technologies based on the use of self-management, time management, risk management, egile management, management system with emotional intelligence, prostacrination, etc. are described, which provide the company level of competitiveness. The practical significance of the presented approaches is that they allow the company's management to decide on the management process in terms of optimizing existing tasks, provide strategic and tactical management processes, getting much better results, implement innovative approaches in the direct work of enterprise managers, effectively influence team, motivate, develop and train subordinates, generate new ideas and implement adequate methods of development of organizations in market relations.
