FEATURES AND STRUCTURING OF ECONOMIC MODERNIZATION OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY
Abstract
The article explains the theoretical approaches of defining the essence of economic modernization and specifies the basic requirements for its implementation. The chronological periods of economic modernization processes in the country are defined and their role in the development of animal husbandry is identified. It was found that the main feature of modernization is its effective structure, and the most important characteristics are the innovation and competitiveness. The main problems hindering the implementation of economic modernization in animal husbandry are stated. It is proved that the existence of an efficient innovation process helps to create the basis of the structural modernization that provides the increase of the competitiveness of livestock. According to the study the main directions of the livestock modernization are suggested.
