IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTOURS OF ZONES OF RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The article identifies the contours of the zones of restrictions and identifies the opportunities and reserves for activating the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises for post-war recovery. In particular, it is noted that the identification of the contours of zones and reserves for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises is important for effective management and strategic planning, as it allows you to accurately identify weaknesses in the components of intellectual capital that hinder the overall development of the enterprise and contributes to the development of specific measures to eliminate various restrictions. To overcome the identified restrictions, enterprises need to: improve access to financial resources; introduce modern information technologies; create a favorable corporate culture; actively develop partnership relationships; improve the management system; introduce innovations and new technologies; adapt to changes in the external environment; ensure the protection of intellectual property; create online platforms for exchanging experience; use social networks and online channels; reduce bureaucratic pressure on agricultural enterprises; restore and rebuild the destroyed transport infrastructure; modernize elevators and other infrastructure facilities; create new infrastructure facilities, such as irrigation systems and energy networks; ensure international cooperation; promote the attraction of foreign investment and technology; participate in international research projects; expand export opportunities. It was emphasized that identifying opportunities and reserves for the development of intellectual capital allows enterprises to use available resources more effectively, develop sound development strategies that take into account the real capabilities and needs of the enterprise. At the same time, the successful use of sound opportunities and reserves requires an integrated approach and close cooperation between the state, business, science and education, and the key is the active involvement of farmers in the decision-making process and taking into account their needs.
