ACTIVATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES TO INCREASE THEIR COMPETITIVENESS

Development of theoretical and methodological provisions on increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises based on the activation of their innovative activity. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was formed by the scientific works of leading domestic and foreign scientists and specialists in the field of innovative activity of the enterprise, innovative management, competition and competitiveness of the enterprise. The information base was formed by materials of scientific and practical conferences, statistical and analytical data published in economic literature and network sources of information, as well as the results of practical work and research conducted with the direct participation of the authors. Along with the general system, special principles of activating innovative activity were highlighted (recognition of the priority of innovative factors, legal protection of innovative ideas, informational interconnection, innovative participation, interest in the results of one's work, state support), compliance with which will allow increasing competitiveness. Methods for stimulating the search and implementation of new ideas by forming groups to activate innovative activity at enterprises are substantiated. The main stages and procedures for proposing new ideas are highlighted: organizing the selection and creation of a bank of innovative ideas; developing an official form for innovative proposals; creating conditions for the manifestation of initiative; ensuring effective feedback with the developers of innovative proposals. Quantitative and qualitative indicators for assessing the activation of innovative activity are developed, which ensure its effectiveness and minimize risks. The process of sequencing the stages of activating innovative activity at industrial enterprises is substantiated (determining ways; developing a system of measures, ensuring constant monitoring), which allows assessing the real resource capabilities of enterprises and ensuring the possibility of correcting the decisions made. Methodological recommendations for assessing the personnel innovation potential of an enterprise are developed, which allows calculating the amount of the bonus for a specific employee depending on his personal contribution to the activation process and to increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of innovative activity.
