VECTORS OF ADAPTATION OF THE POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article clarifies the essence of the potential for the development of intellectual capital, in particular, it is noted that in the context of the intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises, the potential for development includes the ability to introduce innovations, adapt to changing market conditions, expand the competencies of employees and use new technologies. The unique challenges faced by agribusiness, key tasks and factors for adapting the potential for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of the digital economy are outlined. The vectors for adapting the potential for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of the digital economy are substantiated (the introduction of modern digital technologies; the development of human resources; the development of new business models, the use of financial technologies (FinTech), digital platforms and social networks; the use of analytical tools for collecting and processing information, the creation of modern logistics centers for storing and transporting products; increasing environmental and social responsibility; partnership with universities and scientific organizations). The criteria (adaptation, effectiveness, strategicity) and indicators for assessing its success are determined. Adaptation of intellectual capital to the conditions of the digital economy requires a systematic approach that takes into account various aspects of the activities of agricultural enterprises, therefore, it is important to regularly monitor these indicators and adjust strategies in accordance with changes in the technological and market environment. Successful adaptation of the potential for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises to the conditions of the digital economy is a complex and multifaceted process that requires the use of various tools, the necessary tools for this process are proposed. It is argued that the identified vectors can serve as the basis for developing strategies for adapting the potential for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises to the challenges of the digital economy, contributing to increasing flexibility, intellectualization, competitiveness, greening, efficiency, inclusiveness, and competence.
