DIAGNOSTICATION OF CONDITIONS AND POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT PROVIDING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF EURO INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article focuses attention on the fact that the characteristic feature of the current stage of reforming the machine-building industry is the numerous opposition to the effective implementation of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises. It is proved that the main factor of the innovative development of enterprises in the machine-building industry is sufficient investment support. The level of investment support for the innovative activity of machine-building enterprises at the present stage has been analyzed. Diagnostics of the conditions and possibilities for the development of investment support for innovative projects of machinebuilding enterprises in the medium and long term using the methodology of foresight (scenario planning using the “likelihood cone” method) is fundamentally different from the previous practice of solving similar problems by attempting to construct possible scenarios for the development of certain phenomena in future. A scheme is proposed for a sequence of scenario planning for investment support for the innovative development of enterprises in the machine-building industry using the “likelihood cone” method. Each of the steps of scenario planning of investment support for innovative development of enterprises of the machine-building industry using the “likelihood cone” method is analyzed in detail. According to the Foresight of the Economy of Ukraine 2015 and Forsyte and the construction of a strategy for socio- economic development of Ukraine in the medium-term (up to 2020) and long-term (until 2030) time horizons, the results of SWOT analysis are considered. investment support of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises in the medium and long term.
