ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF DAIRY ENTERPRISES, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE INFORMATION COMPONENT

Abstract

The article determines that the importance of increasing the level of economic security of dairy enterprises is determined by the need to intensify the use of resources based on the rationalization of business processes. Recent years have seen a positive dynamics of their profitability, describing the outcomes of enterprise. It proved that the assessment of economic security of dairy enterprises is carried out in fragments with the impossibility of identifying problem components and identifying priority areas of strategic planning. The necessity of developing objective scorecard that takes into account all the components that affect the economic security of the dairy enterprises. It is establish that the economic security of milk processing enterprises depends on the effectiveness of economic entities and the ability to solve goals. The complex functional structure of the internal environment of dairy producers determines the importance of each of the internal factors in the formation of economic security as a tool for implementing the main strategy of enterprise development. To further improve the methodological support of the analysis of the state of economic security of dairy enterprises, a system of relative indicators for assessing economic security trends in comparison with regulatory or favorable values according to certain criteria is proposed.
