CREATIVE WORK AS THE INVESTMENT VAL UE OF CYBER CAPITAL IN PREVENTING CORRUPTION: THE STATE AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The author focuses on the theory of investment value, relying on creative work, in which fruitful time is its measure. It is determined that today investment value forms the basis of social structure in the fight against corruption. On this basis, the researcher considers creative work as a criterion construct in legal entropy. The author put forward the hypothesis that it is this work that has an investment value, since the driving job is the creator of all the values in counteracting corruption. At the same time, the article states that it is necessary to proceed from a broad complex issue of cyber capital, in which needs and interests can be considered as the main criterial motives in cyber capital. Attention is drawn to the fact that to obtain the investment value from the consumption of goods, the owner of funds in the labor market must have an original property as a source of labor cost. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the purpose of accumulation and self-preservation of human and citizen’s health is precisely this human creative work, which should be innovative as a criterion construct in legal entropy. It is substantiated that in the current conditions of the information society, when all kinds of disasters and social conflicts occur, the sphere of investment activity is gaining momentum. This is the investment flow of expenses and income, resources, products in various spheres of financial and economic activity. It is the modern cyber infrastructure that includes enterprises that produce, buy, store and sell goods to households or government organizations, and also increase productivity by investing new investments. At the same time, the issue of developing investment attractiveness in Ukraine in the system of cyber capital as an administrative and legal provision in the prevention and counteraction of corruption requires a more thorough study.
