DRAFT LEGALIZATION OF REMOTE FORMS PROGRAM EMPLOYMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract

From positions of providing equality of rights remote workers in the labor market for the first time given the Draft Programme of legalization remote forms of employment in Ukraine, which puts the question of development Models and creation methodology of the State Employment Service of Ukraine to regulate remote employment. In particular, the most important are recommendations for creating an information field of electronic contracts and electronic work record card. Draft Programme can be taken into account in the development and implementing State programs to reduce unemployment in Ukraine.
