Abstract

Today there is a need to strengthen the role of state control and regulation of different segments of the national information space of Ukraine, because only the state can resolve important and Multi-dimensional problems in the information environment, only the state as the main subject of international legal relations, may take appropriate measures to counter the devastating impact on the information space.
