WESTERNIZATION AS A PROBLEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL STANDARDS OF REGULATION OF STATE POLICY IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL CYBERCIVIL

Abstract

In the current conditions of the epidemiological crisis, the appeal to the axiological potential of philosophy, law and international relations is becoming increasingly important. Westernization is considered as a quantum reorientation, which includes total-digital control of modernization, which contributes to the formation of new scientific imperatives in modern conditions of global cybercivilization. It is proposed to consider the entropic feature of convergence as an influence on the diffusion of state power from the atomic level to thinking systems as a strategic perspective of qualitative growth of self-determined and self-regulating technological possibilities of individual and social human development. The aim of the article is a theoretical definition and practical study of Westernization as an electronic-total control over the diffusion of public policy in modern global cybercivilization. Scientific novelty. The article considers total digital control over the diffusion of state power in the system of information capital from the atomic level to thinking systems as a strategic perspective of qualitative growth of selfdetermined and self-regulating technological capabilities of individual and social development. It is determined that the era of unique transformations of the fundamental principles of human life, which builds the rule of law, allows us to discover a new ontological, epistemological and axiological dimension - cyber-modernity. In conclusion, the article substantiates the Westernization actors of the world cyber chess, which are not legally responsible for their actions to society, undermining the special role of the rule of law in the field of cyber infrastructure health care.
