QUANTUM SIMULATION AS A SUBJECT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL RESEARCH REGARDING THE PHENOMENAL-DIGITAL PROTECTION OF PEACEFUL SKIES DURING THE WAR TIME OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Formulation of the problem. Quantum simulation is considered as a phenomenal-digital protection of the peaceful sky during the wartime of Ukraine. It is shown the need at the state-legal level to introduce a new radar programming code in wartime, which will protect every person and society from the threats of a missile strike. The importance of the application of probability theory and entropy processes of self-determination in objects of critical infrastructure of increased risk for the creation of the latest neurocomputation methods for both individuals and legal entities at the level of the state and society is predicted. Analysis of recent research and publications. The analysis of scientific literature shows that in the modern conditions of our Patriotic War, the question of quantum simulation as misleading the enemy in cyberspace is a primary problem for the activities of special services. This issue is addressed by such modern domestic scientists as: S.A. Podolyak, A.I. Marushchak, P.M. Lisovskyi, L.M. Strelbytska, O.H. Ryabeka, H.P. Sytnyk, V.V. Ostroukhov and other experts. However, the interdisciplinary approach to quantum simulation as a phenomenal-digital protection of the peaceful sky during our Patriotic War is systematically under-researched in the administrative-legal field. The purpose of the article is an interdisciplinary analysis of quantum simulation as a corpuscular-wave formula for misleading the adversary during the cyber-infrastructure protection of the peaceful sky by the rule of law state in wartime. The analysis of scientific literature shows that in the modern conditions of our Patriotic War, the issue of quantum simulation as misleading the enemy in cyberspace is the primary problem of the activities of special services. Intellectual management of this knowledge must be carried out directly in the departments of management, control and quality of education as particularly important state units. This requires people with professionally developed intellectual memory and proper morality. In such a sociogenic process, the personal characteristics of an individual are realized – his knowledge, abilities, dexterity, skills in handling the relevant subject. Thus, the natural spirit of work, demanded in the life world as a secret of human consciousness, forms the entropy of the uncertainty of the movement of bodies (stars, atoms, molecules, ether particles) in a system of random functions that dialectically influence each other as a strategic breakthrough into the future. Such a phenomenal human consciousness is capable of changing the ways of communication in various fields of science. It was revealed that phenomenology, the secret of human consciousness, is revealed when qualitatively going beyond the boundaries of real existence. The phenomenon of dreaming is also a manifestation of the mystery of consciousness, to which attention is drawn. In a dream, people can see not only the spirits of close and living individuals, but also those who are not around and have already died. Such consciousness in a dream is the "work of the soul" as a sensory-sensual activity of conscience in acts of spiritual capital. After all, human life is determined by the ideal material substance existing as a single organic whole and forms a multi-vector sociogenic revival of the spiritual capital of wisdom. Conclusions. It has been proven that quantum simulation as a subject of administrative and legal research is an innovative solution to the tasks of direction finding and detection of transmitting information in the conditions of operating noise and other informational and cyclical obstacles. After all, quantum simulation as a phenomenal digital phenomenon of misleading the adversary (enemy, aggressor, etc.) regarding the protection of the peaceful sky of Ukraine is an urgent need in the fight against the Putin-Russian horde.
