Abstract

The article investigates the civil-law problems of maintenance of the right on protection
in a context of a way of protection of the broken rights choice. The author characterises the
basic ways of protection of the civil rights and interests, specifies their general attributes,
investigates correlation between the contents and form of protection of the civil rights and
interests.
