ASSISTANCE OF A LAWYER IN CHALLENGING THE CONCLUSIONS AND ACTS OF THE MILITARY MEDICAL COMMISSION

Abstract

Legal assistance regarding the passing of the military medical commission not only of military personnel, but also of civilians in the modern realities of our life now plays a particularly important role. After all, every day, a person's life depends in some sense on the conclusions of doctors. And quite often such decisions, conclusions, acts of the military medical commission are far from legitimate. And in order to challenge the actions of doctors, our citizens need correct and clear legal assistance. Acquaintance with relevant documents, drawing up lawsuits, protecting human rights in court, all this is done by a lawyer who willingly helps all those who need such help. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of the role of a lawyer in challenging the acts and conclusions of the military medical commission, not only in theory, but also in practice, improving the skills of lawyers and lawyers as specialized specialists in military law. Also, the main normative documents are defined, which are necessary for contesting the conclusions of the military medical commission in the pre-trial and judicial procedures, focusing on the specifics of the type of troops in which a citizen performs military service, as well as on how the military medical commission should and is conducted in modern realities of Ukraine. It has been established that in the modern period of our life, compliance with laws is one of the main conditions for the normal life of every citizen of every country. But considering such a situation in our country, as the declaration of martial law, for all persons of draft age, the help of a lawyer is quite important in order to confidently and clearly defend their rights before the law. The article examines ways of challenging the military medical commission by legal means with the help of lawyers.
