SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL ANALYSIS REGULATORY AND LEGAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE FUTURE MASTERS OF LAW

Abstract

Educational and vocational training program for Master’s Degree provides simultaneous obtaining of complete higher education and Master’s Degree at the relevant educational and professional training programs for Bachelors and Specialists. Ukraine joining the European community of democratic and legal society requires a new level and quality of training of legal personnel who are an important factor to address effectively the problems of Ukraine statehood. People, who have successfully passed state certification, receive certificates for obtaining complete training on the appropriate direction to the educational level of the Master’s Degree.

Analysis of normative and optional parts of the Law Master’s curriculum shows that the normative part offers training in the following fields: “Psychology and Pedagogy”, “Psychology of High School”, “Legal Education”, “Methods of Teaching in Higher Education”, “Sociology of Law” and “Methods of Empirical Research.” The optional part of the curriculum includes such course as “Higher Education in Ukraine and the Bologna process.” Thus, we believe that the chosen courses in the curriculum of training of Master’s Students in Law directly relate to our research. Such courses as “Psychology and Pedagogy” and “Psychology of High School” are taught under the curriculum at the Law Department of Vladimir Vinnichenko Kirovohrad University, the Law Department of Kyiv University of Marketing, and legal education at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and the University of Human Development “Ukraine”.
