Abstract

Defining rights as bidirectional imperative-attributive structure acts essence of the psychological school of law. Awareness that others belong to us and us from others is the mutual psychological aspect of law. This reciprocity does not object the basic principles and source provisions of the psychological school for law, namely that the essence of law is the individual psyche. Awareness and emotions their own spiritual dignity, honor, freedom of choice is an individual experience of each. This experience exists within us, not outside us. However, it is their own, individual sense of each person spiritual and timeless values.
