ON THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE EUROPEAN UNIFIED TECHNICAL REGULATION SYSTEM AND HARMONIZED STANDARDIZATION
Abstract
Creating a Common Economic Space in Europe, where goods, services, labor and capital move freely, makes increasingly high demands for quality products and services with the obligatory account while prioritizing public health and environmental quality, and all areas of security. As the national standardization system may create obstacles to the single market, it is harmonized technical regulations, standardization harmonized EU intended to create favorable conditions for removing these barriers.
