History of the journal

The journal was founded in 2006 as a separate thematic section within the general academic journal of the Academy – “Scientific Works of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Series: Legal Sciences”.

Since 2017, it has been published as an independent scholarly journal. Until 2019, it was titled “Scientific Works of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Legal Sciences”.

Since 2020, it is titled “Scientific Works of Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. Legal Sciences”.

According to the Resolution of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine No. 1-05/5, dated 31.05.2011, the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1413, dated 24.10.2017, the journal was included in the List of Professional Scientific Publications as a periodical in legal sciences.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 320, dated 07.04.2022 (Appendix 2), the journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (category “B”) in the following specialties: Law; International Law; Law-Enforcement Activities.
