The author has researched that, to date, in our country, the formation and implementation of regulatory and legal support in the field of health care is aimed at improving the physical and emotional state of the population, providing affordable and high-quality medical care, stimulating the demand for state medical services in the field of health care. me and other It was found that an important aspect in terms of the effective functioning and development of the health care system is modern, coordinated, effective regulatory and legal support at all levels of public administration. Modern definitions of medical terminology used in the practice of market relations, regulation of rights and responsibilities of citizens in the field of health care, economic and specialized foundations of health care organization, provision of healthy and safe living conditions, forms and methods of providing medical care are defined , provision of medical and prosthetic means, mother and child health care, medical and sanitary provision of sanatorium-resort activities and recreation, medical expertise, medical and pharmaceutical activities, international cooperation.
