STATE ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY: ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The author examines state management in the field of environmental security based on international experience. The author carefully studies the approaches and strategies of various countries to solving environmental problems, identifies successful practices and shortcomings. Special attention is paid to the effectiveness of the control system, regulatory mechanisms and cooperation between governmental and non-governmental structures. Key aspects such as public involvement, use of the latest technologies and international interaction have been explored. The work can serve as a basis for further research in the field of improving environmental safety and developing relevant strategies in Ukraine. It was found that countries with the highest level of environmental security successfully implement integrated approaches, taking into account social, economic and environmental aspects. One of the key recommendations is the active involvement of the public in decision-making and monitoring of environmental indicators. Also, an important element of effective management is the use of the latest technologies for monitoring and forecasting changes in ecosystems. The ability to promptly respond to environmental threats ensures an improvement in the level of environmental security. In addition, international cooperation also proved to be a key factor in solving cross-border problems. The exchange of experience and resources makes it possible to create an effective system of prevention and response to environmental crises. It is emphasized that international experience indicates the need for a comprehensive approach to public administration in the field of environmental security, which takes into account all aspects of sustainable development and cooperation at the international level.
